Travel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you will be asked to complete a travel questionnaire, available at bottom of this page or from reception.  Please complete the form and return it to reception.

The Practice Nurse will review the information you have provided and either arrange for you to have an appointment for vaccinations or give you travel advice.

It is important to submit the travel questionnaire at least 4 weeks before you travel - as a some vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine.  Vaccines should be given at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.
