We have six fully trained practice nurses available Monday to Friday.  They have their own appointment system.  As each nurse specialises in different areas, the receptionist will ask you, when making your appointment, which clinic you wish to attend.

  • Leg ulcer checks
  • Checks for patients over 75 years (on request)
  • INR (Anticoagulation)
  • NHS health checks
  • Flu immunisation
  • Medication management
  • Long-term conditions support (such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, stroke, chronic kidney disease, cancer, mental health)

Other Services Include

  • Antenatal Clinics with Community Midwife
  • Minor surgery
  • Six-week baby checks

Non-NHS Work

Patients requiring GPs to do non-NHS work, e.g. private sick notes, medical examinations, reports, and claim forms etc. will be charged. An up to date list of charges is displayed in the foyer.  Fees paid for work undertaken are non-refundable.
