Patient Update: Online Consultation Services

You may have seen in the press that from 1st October, GP practices are required to have their online consultation tool available during core practice hours.

We are currently reviewing the best option to ensure this service is both workable for our patients and sustainable for our clinicians.  It is important we take the time to get this right, so that the system we introduce is reliable and beneficial for everyone.

Our aim is to have the new system up and running for the week commencing 3rd November. In the meantime, we will continue with our existing eConsult service.
