ON-LINE SERVICES

If you would like to order your repeat prescriptions and/or make appointments online, sign up for our on-line services. Please contact the Surgery for an on-line registration appointment.

Travel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you will be asked to complete a travel questionnaire, available at bottom of this page or from reception.  Please complete the form and return it to reception. 

The Practice Nurse will review the information you have provided and either arrange for you to have an appointment for vaccinations or give you travel advice. 

It is important to submit the travel questionnaire at least 4 weeks before you travel - as a some vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine.  Vaccines should be given at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are provided free of charge by the NHS.
