We apologise for the delay in responding to eConsults. Please bear with us as we deal with an increase in e-consults, during this particularly busy time of year. We are working through them as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, this is taking up to 5 working days currently.

If you need more urgent advice, please call 111 or in an emergency 999. There is also the Pharmacy First service – your local community pharmacy can support on minor illnesses including coughs, cold, sore throats and UTI’s.
